Invii was founded in 2021 by a group of entrepreneurs, including Brandon Saldan and Mustafa Mohamed. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they realized that the restaurant industry wasn't prepared to adapt to rapidly changing consumer needs. With the aim of helping the industry recover from record-losses, Invii was founded in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Invii's founding team created an ecosystem of management solutions built around modern technology, aiding restaurants in accepting customer orders and payments, analyzing important business data, and managing menus and employees while integrating with existing point-of-sale systems.
